Salmon Steaks seasoned with Mike's BBQ Rub Mango sauce marinade

- 4 salmon steak pieces
- Balsamic Vinegar
Marinade Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of Mike's BBQ Rub Original Dry Rub
- 1/2 cup of Mike's BBQ Rub Mango Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup of White Wine
- 1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup
- A handfull of Chopped Parsley
- 3 fresh Shallots chopped very finely
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Apple cider Vinegar
Optional Instructions for this recipe
-Once you apply marinade to Salmon, you can apply more of Mike's BBQ Rub Original Dry Rub seasoning to each piece of Salmon however again this is completely optional.
Full Instructions
-Massage Salmon with a touch of balsamic vinegar. Rinse off with cold water and pat dry on a paper towel. Mix all ingredients for marinade in a bowl and apply to each piece of salmon but keep some of the marinade to place at the bottom of the baking pan.
Let salmon sit in frige for 1-2 hours however this is optional. If you have don't have time then you can let sit for a few minutes as it will still taste delicious :)
Preheat Oven to bake at 400 and place baking pan on the bottom rack
Cook for 15-18 minutes and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy! This recipe is super easy to do, Its a light and simple meal to do.
Notes
-Ive done this recipe several times and Ive cooked it for 18 minutes sharp everytime! I made it rest for maybe 2-5 minutes max and it always turned out delicious :)
Every oven is different and depending on the strength of your oven, it may either be ready before or it might need to cook a bit longer. This is the reason why I put 15-18 minutes.
