Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 full rack baby back ribs
  • Mustard (regular or Dijon is fine)
  • BBQ sauce ( Mike's BBQ Rub Original or Mango BBQ Sauce )
  • Mike’s BBQ Rub Original Dry rub
  • Apple cider Vinegar
  • Wood chunks ( Pecan & Cherry wood )

Instructions

Remove the membrane from the ribs. Best way to remove the membrane is to use a butter knife and remove with a paper towel. Apply mustard to both side of the ribs and apply Mike's BBQ Rub Original Dry rub on both sides of the ribs.....ps don't be shy with the amount of rub you apply :)  Let the rub sit for 20-30 minutes or if you prefer to put in the fridge for 24 hours.

Smoke at 225 degrees using the 3-2-1 method which means the following

-3 hours of smoking ( spray apple cider vinegar twice every 1.5 hours )

-2 hours of smoking wrapped in aluminium foil ( spray apply cider vinegar once during this time

-1 hour of smoking with your BBQ sauce

After 6 hours, let the ribs rest for a few minutes and then enjoy :)  !

So easy so simple to do! This is a very way to cook ribs. If you don't have a smoker then this same recipe can be done very easily in the oven. This recipe will work everytime and will ensure that these ribs are fall off the bone!
