Mike's BBQ Rub Original BBQ Rub : This all-purpose dry rub is a perfect blend of sweet and spicy that enhances the flavour of meat, fish and even vegetables. The spice blend is best used to coat meat, vegetables or fish with olive oil and apply rub. For best results, leave in fridge for 24 hours to fully activate the flavours of the dry rub.
Mike's BBQ Rub Truffle Mustard BBQ sauce :
It isn't a traditional mustard or Dijon style of sauce. Mustard style BBQ sauces originated in South Carolina and are known for having Sweet & tangy flavors.
We decided to create our version of it and add our little chef's twist to it and add truffle oil and black truffle paste. Those little black pieces you see in the bottle are the pieces of truffle paste that we use.
Our Truffle mustard sauce actually finished 8th place at the 2021 American Royal World series of BBQ sauce competition in Kansas City.
